Bernadette, Our wedding reception was an absolute blast! And we no doubt owe a lot of that to Party of Nine. If I may toot my own horn...I knew I had it right! ha-ha! We wanted a talented, energetic, fun crew that could really put some heart into the party. And that's exactly what we got. All of our family and friends have commented how much fun the band was. The sound and performance were fantastic. Oh man...when the your sax player came out on the floor...SO much fun! The repertoire of music was perfect...some oldies, some swing, some soft, some to rock out to! And you managed the crowd...your non-stop energy kept the party going 'til they kicked us out. Remember when you tried to say goodnight and everyone chanted "TWO-MORE-SONGS! TWO-MORE-SONGS!" ...not ONE more song, but TWO more songs! One of my groomsmen said yesterday "We never sat down from the second we got on the floor!" I also remember at the end of the night when you introduced me to the band...They all gave me nods and enthusiastic thumbs up's... I could tell they really had fun playing our wedding. That made me very happy. Also, as the host, I truly appreciate you being accommodative and proactive. It really put us at ease that it would just be taken care of. We made the perfect choice! Just want to thank you (and the rest of Party of Nine) for making my wedding night a complete success! Everyone had an amazing time and loved all of the music you played. I think every bride is nervous how their wedding night will end up, but after you started playing (at the cocktail hour and reception) I was at ease and was able to have a blast. Thank you for remembering our friend's anniversary (they wrote a note thanking us for remembering it). Thank you for playing songs you knew we would love.
